Ring/Plate
Ring/Plate
There are rings and circular plates made from copper, brass, aluminum and stainless steels. Rings are formed by seamless. Copper rings and naval brass rings are used for automotive and industrial motor as critical parts. Circular plates made from high phosphorous copper and naval brass are widely used for anode of copper plating equipment and sputtering targets needing high quality specifications.
Copper and Brass Rings
Using a 1000ton forging press and rolling mills, hot-forged rings are manufactured.
Large-diameter seamless rings 1500mm in outside diameter at maximum can be produced.

Manufacturing process
Integrated production to finish-machining !
Cutting of copper, brass, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and heat-resistant steel is possible.
In-house finish-machning using NC lathes and machining centers.
