Materials
Copper Busbar
Our copper busbars are finished by cold-rolling or cold-drawing the hot-rolled material or hot extrusions.
Copper Round Rod
There are two process for manufacturing copper round rods. One is finished by cold-drawing after hot-rolling or hot-extruding, another is finished by lathe after hot-forging.
Copper Anode for Plating Balls, Plates and Ovals
The stable quality with homogeneous crystal structure can be provided by cold-forging for copper balls and rolling for plateｓ and ovals. Our material provides stable performance with little sludge generation.
Brass Round Rod Cadmium-less Brass Round Rod
There are two process for manufacturing brass round rods. One is finished by cold-drawing after hot-rolling or hot-extruding, another is finished by lathe after hot-forging.
Copper Coils

Ring/Plate
We produce rings and circular plates made from copper and other materials. Rings are formed by seamless and used for automotive and industrial motor as important parts. Circular plates are also widely used for anode of copper plating, sputtering target materials and etc.
Closed Die Forgings
Various kinds of press machines are equipped including 630t press machine.
And NC lathes and machining centers are also equipped to meet the machining after forging.
