President Gonda attended the conference and had a presentation regarding our technology, Development of High-Speed Twin Roll Casting.

The casting speed by our “Hi-Speed Twin Roll Casting Technology for magnesium alloy sheet” is over 10 times faster than that by ordinary one. We have obtained a patent named “METHOD AND APPRATUS PRODUCING THIN MAGNESIUM BASED ALLOY PLATE” in 9 countries in the world.
On the other hand, “Anti-flammable Magnesium Alloy Sheet” is made of AZ61 by adding only Calcium. This anti-flammable magnesium alloy sheet added more than 1.5% Calcium has an advantage which is only molten but does not ignite even if heated in flame more than 1200℃.
Moreover, it has enough cost competitiveness since the rare earth is not used for an additive.
