Until the product is made

1. Busbar

We finish hot-rolled or hot-extruded materials by cold rolling or cold drawing.

2. Copper round bar (φ110 or more) Brass round bar (φ110 or more)

After hot rolling, it is finished by cold drawing.
Our brass round bars are made from ingots cast in-house.

3. Copper round bar (φ115 or less) Brass round bar (φ115 or less)

After hot forging, the product is finished by lathe machining.
Our brass round bars are made from ingots cast in-house.

Reliable facilities that produce excellent products

Our core technology is plastic processing of non-ferrous metals. On top of that technology, we have unique equipment that other non-ferrous metal manufacturers do not have, and we are able to create unique products.
We have almost all the equipment required for processing raw metals, including melting and casting equipment, hot rolling mills, hot forging machines, cold forging machines, cold rolling mills, drawing machines, continuous extrusion machines, NC processing machines, etc. We can also handle small lot orders to meet customer requests.

1000-ton forging press

We are capable of hot and cold die forging and free forging (over 1 ton), and can handle any material, including copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. We also have a variety of forging machines ranging from 45 to 630 tons.

Ring Rolling Mill

We manufacture seamless, distortion-free rings from a wide range of materials, including copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Machining center

We are capable of cutting copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. We manufacture fin materials for heat exchangers, heat sinks, various flanges, etc.

Magnesium Factory

Magnesium factory completed in 2007.
