Ring/Disc
We manufacture ring and disc-shaped products using various materials such as copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our strength is seamless ring materials. Because they are manufactured as a single piece, there is no distortion that occurs with welded rings.
Copper rings and naval brass rings are used as important parts in vehicle and industrial motors.
In disc form, we manufacture phosphorus-containing copper discs and naval brass discs, which are widely used for high-quality applications such as anodes for copper plating equipment and target materials for sputtering.

We can manufacture large diameter seamless rings up to 1500 mm for copper rings and 1000 mm for brass rings.
We manufacture hot forged rings using a 1000-ton forging press and a ring rolling mill.
