Our copper busbar manufacturing method involves cold rolling or cold drawing hot rolled or hot extruded material.
Our company manufactures copper round bars using two methods: one where the bars are hot rolled or hot extruded and then finished by cold drawing, and the other where the bars are hot forged and then finished by lathe processing.

The copper balls are cold forged, and the plates and ovals are hot rolled, resulting in a uniform crystalline structure and stable quality. This minimizes sludge generation and ensures stable performance.
Our brass round bars are manufactured using ingots cast in-house, and are either hot rolled and then cold drawn, or hot forged and then lathe processed.
Copper coil material
Copper coil materials are made into coil shapes such as copper bus bars and copper round bars, and contribute to labor savings during continuous processing. We can meet a variety of needs by providing coil sizes and shapes that match the customer's processing equipment.

In addition to copper products, we manufacture ring and disk-shaped products using various materials. Rings are integrally molded products and are used as important parts in motors for trains, etc., while disks are used as anodes and target materials.
We manufacture precision forged products using a variety of presses, including a 630t press.We also have NC lathes and machining centers, so we can handle post-forging processing.
